Thai Niyom was born from a deep love for the regional flavors of Thailand, the bold spice of Isaan, the aromatic curries of the South, and the earthy, herbal traditions of the North. For eight years, we have been serving the dishes we grew up with, cooked with the same care and respect our families taught us.
Every recipe carries a story. From the fiery Nam Prik relishes passed down through generations, to our signature Chiang Mai and Phuket combo platters that celebrate Thailand's incredible regional diversity, everything is made from scratch, every day.
